Ted Andersen of Makkovik was another long time participant with the Combined Councils. Seen here reading a resoluation at the 2nd ever annual meeting, May 3rd 1973 in Hopedale. The resolution pertained to communications in the region. At the time communications were very limited and the number of operators on staff was the issue.
